Maintaining Good Banking Relationships

Panel discussion with practitioners, bankers and a moderator

One of the core duties of Treasury is managing / servicing the banking relationship between a customer and their banks. This panel discussion will focus on best practices in maintaining that relationship despite the ups and downs of the economy, corporate restructuring, shifting industry focus, new banking fees, and even personality clashes. Panelists will discuss what makes for good communications, solid product implementation, techniques for defusing tension, delivering bad news, and many other topics that come up in this relationship. Audience members will be invited to participate by adding their questions and experiences.
