Christian is a Business Development Leader, Executive Recruiter, Career Coach, and International Entrepreneur who has started up and turned around more than 20 businesses in the United States and Sweden. He has grown and saved multiple operations, put countless professionals to work, and coached executive leaders in the seat through his more than 20 years in C-level and partner roles within Financial Staffing & Consulting, IT, Retail, Public Accounting, Healthcare,Private Equity industries, and more. Starting each day with nearly boundless energy, optimism, and a passion for putting the right people in the right place, Christian has been a part of the success of such companies as Lexicon and CyberCom in Sweden, and Robert Half, Vaco, and now Career Evolutions in Arizona.
Born and raised in Sweden, Christian came to the United States as a high school exchange student and later returned to play American football and earn his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Tennessee and Washington, D.C. He returned to Sweden in 1994 for a successful run of startups and turnarounds before permanently relocating back to the U.S. in 2003 and launching his recruiting career.
The twists and turns of his own professional story laid the foundation to his approach from all sides of the table. He understands the searching, the searcher and the searched, and is committed to replacing the mystery and tedium with knowledge and purposeful action.
