Speaker: John Kruger, Manager- Actualize Consulting 

Mr. Kruger’s focus has always been on the customer experience and providing training and support for making end user daily processes easier. He specializes in treasury and risk management, cash management and forecasting, payments, cash accounting process, training and development, support process reviews and documentation, SaaS implementations, project management, and relationship management. Previously, when working for an insurance company, he supported the Kyriba implementation by configuring bank account feeds for both statements and payments and maintained all administrative functions for users. During his time with Reval, Mr. Kruger supported all Cash topics including Bank Account Reconciliations, Payments, Liquidity Planning, and Cash Accounting. He provided best practice functional and technical support within the Treasury Cash Management space for Reval’s top clients. He earned his B.A. in Business from Five Towns College. 

+Implemented multiple large-scale ERP (SAP) payment integration projects for sending payments with the Kyriba platform from and to multiple countries across the globe. Provided technical support for go-live phase.

+Functional consultant on multiple Kyriba client projects, and providing firsthand implementation support for payments, bank reporting, cash accounting, debt management, IHB, cash forecasting, core data and all facets of bank account management.

+Provide support for Finance Transformation projects by identifying areas for efficiency and implementing new processes, including payment process workflows & cash forecasting processes.

+Create detailed testing strategies and documentation for payments, cash accounting, and bank fee analysis for both clients and internal team members to assist with project execution.
