Topic: Driving Treasury Costs Down When Everything is Going Up

Description: Treasury teams are faced with the complex task of not only procuring banking and merchant services, but also performing the monthly review of all statements. In this session, attendees will learn how to read these confusing, non-standard statements, and learn some key metrics to help you drive costs down when everything else is going up! 

Speakers: Chelsey Kukuk is the Director of P.A.C.E. at Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisors. Her focus is on helping organizations outsource the management of complex payment strategies and environments to a team of trusted advisors for oversight and cost management. With over a decade of experience in the payments industry, Chelsey has worked alongside many companies and organizations to develop their payment acceptance strategy, reduce their processing costs, and improve payment operations. Chelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Montana. She began her career in banking before moving to the advisory side.
