Juan Enrique Arreola, CPA – Senior Manager, Risk Advisory, GTreasury

Juan serves clients throughout North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific with interest rate and foreign currency risk management hedging. He assists with the entire hedging life cycle, including risk profiling, strategy, trade execution, compliance, valuation, and hedge accounting. He specializes in providing maximum economic risk management benefits while adhering to both US GAAP and IFRS. Mr. Arreola has two decades of hedging, technical accounting and finance experience and is a CPA. Prior to joining Hedge Trackers, he held senior roles at Ernst & Young, Morgan Stanley, and Chatham Financial. Juan holds a master’s degree in accountancy and financial management and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of San Diego.

Farah Lotia, CFA,  VP Risk and Quantitative Analytics | GTreasury  

Farah joined Hedge Trackers in 2012 and is now the VP Risk and Quantitative Analytics. Ms. Lotia has extensive experience in valuing and structuring a variety of derivative and investment products. Her expertise includes modeling swaps, options, investment agreements, forward delivery agreements, repurchase agreements, and other structured products across all asset classes. Prior to joining Hedge Trackers, Farah was instrumental in the start-up and development of large national derivative valuation provider. She was responsible for marketing and structuring new derivative products for corporate and municipal clients including basis caps, knock-out swaps, FX hedging products, commodity structures, and accreting swaps as well as equity hedging instruments. Based in Silicon Valley, Farah holds an MBA degree in finance and a BBA degree with honors in finance from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, Pakistan.
