With experience ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, Ellen has demonstrated expertise in business development, small business banking, mergers and acquisitions, retail banking, organizational design, customer experience, and more.  Ellen’s career pivot to Sr. Director of Portfolio Growth at Fiserv draws on her expertise in banking facilitating strategic development at the largest global Fintech company, Fiserv.   

Ellen's career highlights also include roles as Chief Banking Officer and Chief Retail Officer at Lakeland Bank, where she led mergers, developed successful banking programs, streamlined customer experiences, implemented KPIs, and drove retail sales growth. Her educational background includes an MBA from Strayer University, Welch Scholar Designation, and completion of the American Bankers Association, Stonier Graduate School of Banking with Wharton Leadership Certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. John’s University.
