Principles Every Business Should Know for Managing Card Fees 
Arika is a well-rounded Payments Executive that has experience both executing and advising on product management, customer loyalty and growth strategy, leadership, operations, and finance.

At Bain, she has led various corporate strategy and private equity / growth equity projects across a number of industries, primarily focused on Retail, Restaurants, Payments, Financial Services, Crypto / Web 3, and CPG.

Arika was a product VP at Fiserv, leading two debit/credit card-based products, uChoose Rewards and Card Expert, a out of the box loyalty solution and a deep card analytics solution for Financial Institutions. She is passionate about driving new product innovation aimed at increasing consumer engagement.

She started with Fiserv in Card Operations as a chief of staff, quickly learning the ins and outs of the business, and led a transformation team that drove change across the organization.

Prior to Bain, she worked as a Financial Analyst for Pizza Hut and Siemens. She received her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and BBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
