AI and Technology for the Modern Treasury & Finance Leader
Data and artificial intelligence are reshaping how leaders think, decide, and lead. This session presents several thoughts on how modern finance and treasury leaders are using data, analytics, and AI to improve decision-making, accelerate insight, and build more adaptive organizations. Rather than focusing on tools alone, the discussion centers on the leader’s mindset, organizational readiness, and practical ways to integrate AI responsibly and effectively.
The goal is to leave attendees with a clearer understanding of what AI-augmented leadership looks like in practice and how to begin applying it in their own organizations as soon as they are back in the office.
Jim Boswell is a finance executive with extensive experience leading analytics, planning, and technology transformation in large, multi-unit organizations. He focuses on practical applications of data and AI to improve decision-making, organizational performance, and leadership effectiveness across finance and operations.
