Speaker: Treasury leaders from Dutch Bros will give us an overview for the company and the treasury function/projects. 

Jaspreet Wadhwa,  Director of Treasury Operations Dutch Bros

Jaspreet Wadhwa is a graduate of University of Michigan and has served as Director of Treasury Operations since May 2024, bringing extensive experience in payments, treasury operations, capital planning, foreign exchange and commodity risk management, and financial planning and analysis. He previously held leadership roles at Walmart and General Motors. He also contributes to the development and review of educational content and exam materials for the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Having lived in five countries and traveled to more than 25 countries across four continents, Jaspreet brings a global perspective to his work in treasury.

Robert Broadnax,  Senior Treasury Analyst Dutch Bros

Robert Broadnax joined Dutch Bros as a Senior Treasury Analyst in September 2025, bringing experience in cash forecasting, liquidity management, treasury operations, and capital planning. He manages daily cash positioning, oversees cash investments, and developed the company’s cash forecast, which he continues to refine to support operations and growth. He also collaborates with teams across the business to improve processes, anticipate funding needs, and support Dutch Bros’ shop expansion goals. Before joining Dutch Bros, Robert worked at Comcast, GoDaddy, and Gap. He graduated from Northeastern University in 2015 and relocated from Delaware to Arizona in 2020 to advance his career in treasury.
